I love this Festival. SO this morning, took the train south with a couple friends, to absorb this day here in Beroun and to show them why I love this small town 40 min south(by train) from Prague.
I have been to this Festival 4 times before. But, I am excited yet again to be here.
There are many things on my list to seek out and purchase. You might say Pottery is Pottery, but, ah... it is different here.
Perhaps it is just hearing the person behind you speak in a beautiful language other than your own. Perhaps it is the "wine section" at the far of the town square, with wine from the region or even the Grilled Hermelin cheese(Brie)and other cheese and pastries which abound.
The creations here are just somehow different and have become special. But this festival is not Unlike the Clothesline Arts Festival in Rochester, accept, this is truly ALL Pottery and Ceramics ( ...and wine ;-)
