Two Trams collided this morning in what I am told is a VERY RARE accident here in Prague. All the time I lived here, nothing like this ever occurred. Trams 20 and 14 collided at 6:13am, two trams stops from where I usually get on Tram 9. There was one fatality, the driver of the tram who collided with the one in front of him.
Therefore this morning there has been no Tram traffic on these tracks from my stop east to Andel. There are however 'emergency' buses that have been put into service.
